We're opening TwelveAI's banking rails to every fintech. Here's the thinking.

TwelveAI already serves thousands of users with conversational banking. Now we are opening the rails and the intelligence layer so any fintech, big or small, can build on it. Here is why, and how we split it.

We're opening TwelveAI's banking rails to every fintech. Here's the thinking.

We have spent a long time earning the right to say this. TwelveAI already serves thousands of users who bank by simply talking, and every day I watch how much they enjoy it: no menus, no forms, no hunting for the right screen. Just "send my rent," "what did I spend on logistics," "swap two hundred dollars," and it is handled, safely.

Once you see people use it, one thing becomes obvious. This is not a feature. This is where banking is going. The future is fully AI, and conversation is the interface.

So the question stopped being "how do we grow TwelveAI's own product" and became "how do we let everyone else get here without the pain we went through to build it."

Why open it up

Building this was hard. We learned how money moves the slow way. We shut our own AI down and rebuilt it to reach a 0.15% hallucination rate. We wired the rails, the guardrails, the confirmation flows, the reconciliation, all the unglamorous machinery that makes "send money by chat" actually safe.

No new founder should have to spend years doing all of that again just to offer their customers a conversation. That barrier to entry is exactly what keeps good ideas from shipping.

So we are lowering it to the floor. If you are a bank or a fintech, you should be able to give your customers conversational banking in a fraction of the time it took us, on infrastructure that is already proven with real users and real money.

That is the whole bet: make adoption so easy that conversational banking becomes normal, fast, and let a thousand builders take it further than we could alone.

How we split it

We deliberately built this so it fits whoever you are.

If you are a big fintech, you already have your rails, your licenses, your ledger. You do not need ours. You need the hard part: the intelligence. So we give you the conversational layer on its own, the intent understanding, the grounding, the agents, the guardrails, plugged onto the infrastructure you already run. You keep your rails; we make them talk.

If you are a new player, you do not want to spend your first two years integrating providers and building a ledger before you can launch anything. So we give you the full banking rails, wallets, account numbers, transfers, USD, FX, cards, together with the conversational layer, as one thing. You focus on your product and your customers; we handle the money machinery underneath.

Same platform, two doors. Take the piece you are missing.

What stays non-negotiable

Opening the rails does not mean loosening the standards. Everything runs through the same discipline that earned us the right to do this: every money-moving action is grounded in real data, gated behind confirmation, and enforced in code, not left to a prompt. The bar that protects our own users protects yours too. That is the point.

I have been the founder with more demand than machinery. I know how that story ends if you cannot fund the "yes." This is us handing the next builder the machinery, so their good idea gets to survive.

Come build on it. Explore the platform, see the banking rails, or read the docs and make your first call.
