Is TwelveAI a bank?+
No. TwelveAI is a financial technology company that provides a conversational interface on top of regulated banking and payment partners such as Paystack, Flutterwave, and NIBSS. We do not hold or insure customer funds directly.
How do USD accounts work?+
USD account features let you hold, receive, and use dollars within the TwelveAI experience. USD custody is handled by regulated partners; balances, swaps, and dollar card operations are surfaced inside chat.
What is auto swap deposit?+
Auto swap is a rule you configure so that qualifying incoming deposits are automatically converted between USD and NGN at a target rate, no manual confirmation per inflow.
How do multi-agent chats work?+
Specialist AI agents, payments, FX, cards, support, can join the same thread. Handoffs preserve context so you do not have to repeat yourself.
Can I use TwelveAI without typing?+
Yes. Chat is the default, but every core action also lives in normal menus and buttons. Tap when it is faster, type when it is easier, and switch any time.

Yes. You can bank with TwelveAI inside WhatsApp using plain language, with no new app to install. Sensitive actions still go through verification and confirmation.
